mance of strategic projects. Reviews existing processes and recommends improveme
nts or new models as appropriate. Identifies and provides guidance about new met
hodology tools, processes, forms and deliverables. Position Summary Leads and pr
ovides direction and guidance for a wide array of activities supporting the impr
ovement of processes and procedures. Primary Responsibilities Stand up process
improvement capability across Technology Infrastructure and Operations, includin
g: process catalogue and architecture, governance, standards, assessment Provid
es project/process management consulting, coaching, and training to IT teams and
/or Project/Process Office staff across multiple LOBs. Provides input on approac
hes/tools to build, streamline, implement, and/or automate key processes. Champi
ons the company’s project management methodology, tools and techniques. Conduct
s formal appraisals to assess gaps in the processes used within one or more LOBs
, and may conduct appraisals in accordance with applicable standards (e.g. CBA-I
PI or SCE) for LOBs other than his/her own. Provides counsel to one or more LOBs
for their formal and informal assessments and checkpoints. Develops and manage
s project plans to support strategic process improvement or IT projects at the L
OB or enterprise level. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews proje
ct deliverables. Manages IT processes and work flows which maximize efficiency a
nd comply with regulatory and audit requirements. Builds effective working rela
tionships with peers and clients. Manages client partnerships to ensure that ser
vice expectations are developed and met. Contributes to the achievement of area

utes to the achievement of area objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
a related discipline or equivalent work experience required. Advanced degree, Au
thorized Lead Assessor for CBA-IPI, SCE, SCAMPI, ISO 9000 methodology, or Projec
t Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred 8-10 years of experienc
e in systems and project management required, experience in the securities or fi
nancial services industry is a plus. Advanced knowledge and hands-on applicatio
n of process improvement, statistical and quality tools and frameworks including
: seven basic tools of quality, SPC, VOC/CTQ, Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, S
