• Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle
• Should have working experience with direct as well as Tier-1 clients
• Work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool
• Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation, conducting interviews, reference checks etc.
• Maintain complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis through various sources i.e.
• Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals
