Sales Manager

• The leadership, management and motivation of the sales team to achieve forecasted sales and strategic goals.

• Working collaboratively with all departments in order to ensure that the organizational goals are achieved.

• Working towards expanding the organization’s business operations.

• Reviewing current sales processes and systems to ensure maximum benefit.

• Budgeting effectively to meet sales targets.

• Identifying and exploiting potential new markets for the company.

 

Candidates Profile:

• Previous work experience of 2-3 years in a similar role

 

• Should possess a Degree in Management or/and a Professional Qualification in Marketing or sales (SLIM/ CIM/ NDSM)

 

•Prior exposure to recruitment industry will be an added advantage

 

•A team player

 

•Should possess good analytical skills

•Monitor and report on financial trends and organizational efficiency.

 

•Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.

 

Candidates Profile:

 

•Previous work experience of 3- 4 years in a similar role

•Should possess a Degree in Management (Specialized in Accounting or Finance) or/and a Professional Qualification in Accounting (ICASL/ACCA/CIMA)
